All production services, cinematography assignments, editorial photoshoots, and color grading projects require a formal production agreement or written confirmation. Booking dates are secured upon receipt of the agreed deposit or retainer.
Unless explicitly transferred under a buyout contract, all raw footage, photographs, cinematic cuts, and artistic compositions created by Yashank D remain the intellectual property of the author under Indian and International Copyright Laws. Clients receive a licensed right of use for personal or commercial distribution as specified in the assignment agreement.
Cinematic films are mastered in professional color pipelines (including DaVinci Resolve color grading). Post-production turnaround timelines typically range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on project complexity. Standard revisions are accommodated according to contract terms.
Due to the bespoke nature of visual productions and reserved calendar dates, deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. In cases of unforeseen weather, force majeure, or logistical emergencies, we work diligently to accommodate rescheduled dates.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising in connection with production services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
